This is another treasure of ours - from our ‘Homage to Butchers’ collection created in 2001 !.
This collection was based on Helen’s late fathers 1920s Butcher shop Anderson Smith in Glasnevin, Dublin. The collection was photographed there too against the beautiful interior with original features.The original cleaver knife that Noel (Helen’s father) used was meticulously drawn and converted into knit by us (Helen and Brenda).
